My research is rooted in my community work with ethnic minoritized children and families in rural China over the past decade. It is my passion to give back to the mountain, the land, and the people who showed me the beauty of culture and living. I started my work in Liangshan as a volunteer teacher in 2015. My heart is deeply connected with the Nuosu in Liangshan. Over the past decades, I collaborated with local communities, schools, and grassroots organizations to launch programs addressing inequality.
